We offer a free buyers service to all clients looking to purchase their perfect property. Commissions are negotiated privately with the selling agent.

FLISP Programme:
FLISP, or ‘Finance Linked Individual Subsidy Programme’, is run by the Western Cape government and offers housing subsidies to first-time homebuyers earning between R3,500 and R22,000 a month.
While this incredible programme has the potential to uplift numerous people, it is not well known and the processes are often too complex for ordinary people to undertake.
Wallett & Finch Properties aims to promote FLISP through our “Own Your Home” programme, in the hope of helping people take advantage of this opportunity to begin building generational wealth.
Through corporate outreach, community workshops and grassroots efforts, we aim to help South Africans become home-owners.
